class TempInstance(BaseNode): (source)

Class that act as a temp object in locals and instance_dict interaction with non existence attribute. E.g. def foo(a): a.b.c = 1 glob_var.attr = 2 `a` is still exist in the locals since it's the argument, then we can But `a.b` does not have locals dict present. That's where UselessStub help
